Refund Policy

At OfficePrints, all sales of digital products (STL files) are final. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.

Exceptions: We will offer a full refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The wrong file was delivered
• The file does not match the product description

How to Request Support: If you experience a technical issue, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase, lack the equipment to use the file, or are unsatisfied with print results due to your own printer settings or materials.
